DEFINED OR REFINED

Being part of such an amazing industry of entrepreneurs, my normal social and business circles include individuals who are pursuing dreams and working on self development constantly. 

So when I had a conversation with someone of a different mindset, it really took me back to a time before all of these amazing self development tools and resources were available! 




So, today's MONDAY MINDSET MOMENT begs the question: 
ARE YOU ALLOWING YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES TO DEFINE OR REFINE YOU?

It was immediately clear to me that this person misplaces responsibility for his life on everyone else.  Father was not supportive, he was unloving and a negative influence in his life.  Mother was tough, very particular about how things are done and her entire life is dedicated to keeping her loved ones right up under her.  Everybody and everything was designed to conspire against his happiness and success. 
The truth is his mom gave and continues to give him everything she could.  But, in doing so, made life almost too easy which meant he didn't have to take full responsibility for his poor life choices. 

Pain Is Seeing Someone You Love in Pain!

Nothing could ever break my heart like seeing my mother in pain when arthritis recently flared up in her knee.  Talk about feeling helpless.  It seemed like she went from her usual  never-sit-down, keep busy self to being in constant pain.  Even more than that, I could tell it was really bothering her emotionally when she succumbed to needing a walker or cane just to get around.

Coincidentally, I was scheduled to attend our convention in Las Vegas within a few days.  I even considered not going because I didn't want to leave her, but I'm so thankful that I went.  I was inspired (or should I say re-inspired) by all of the powerful health testimonials from people who have used the 90 For Life products with amazing results!
